DMCA Policy

He Calls Me Daughter Movie respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the He Calls Me Daughter Movie website or services, provided such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information as a "Notice of Alleged Infringement":

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the He Calls Me Daughter Movie site, including, at a minimum, its URL.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification to a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. Please be aware that if the copyright owner does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material. To file a counter-notification, you must provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which He Calls Me Daughter Movie may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
